· Receiving products and ensuring that each product is in good condition to be stocked in the backroom before moving to the selling area.
· Condition and prepare merchandiser for stocking by removing price tags, stickers, and/or other tags that might interfere with the proper display of products.
· Monitor store availability and advise OOS / Low stock levels to sales team.
· Ensure adherence to BDA and especially the share of shelf tracking.
· Arrange products neatly and attractively on display areas; both main freezers of secondary placements, ensuring that products are displayed in the correct category and in correct order as per the shared Planogram.
· Clean and organize shelves.
· Rotate and restock merchandise as necessary to minimize near expiries.
· Ensure proper and clear pricing communication of products whether regular price or promo price.
· Deploy Soft POSM as aligned with Trade Marketing team.
· Report any damaged or missing merchandise to management.
· Perform periodical reports as requested such as availability, shelving and displays ..
· Report market activations in the trade.
· Maintain productive relationships with store team.
· Commit to daily route plan
· NTE reports to be submitted to us starting from 25th till 5th of every new month by their supervisor by official communication to our Team Leaders.
· In case any wrong NTE report submitted the agency merch will be held responsible.
· Joker will be provided in case of any absence “BEFREO 9:00AM” and inform the team leaders accordingly.
· Attendance to be checked by the agency supervisor and inform the Team leaders @8:00AM max.
· Every two weeks there will be a meeting.
