Key Responsibilities:
• MEP Design and Planning: Lead the design and planning of MEP systems for luxury
interior fit-out projects, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) are
designed to meet client requirements, sustainability goals, and industry standards.
• System Integration: Coordinate the integration of MEP systems with the overall interior
design, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements align with aesthetic
and functional requirements.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other
engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of MEP systems and resolve any
design conflicts or issues that may arise during the project.
• Project Management Support: Provide technical support during project execution,
ensuring that MEP work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest
quality standards. Monitor and manage MEP-related project timelines and resources.
• Installation Oversight: Supervise and oversee the installation, testing, and
commissioning of MEP systems on-site, ensuring that all work complies with project
specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections of MEP systems during installation and after
completion to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Identify and resolve
any issues related to MEP systems.
• Coordination with Contractors and Suppliers: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors,
and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and systems
required for MEP installations.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all MEP work complies with local building
codes, regulations, and industry standards. Stay up to date with the latest technologies,
regulations, and sustainability practices in MEP engineering.
• Cost Management: Assist in managing the MEP portion of project budgets, tracking
expenses, and ensuring that work is completed within financial constraints. Provide cost-
effective MEP solutions without compromising on quality or design integrity.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any technical challenges
related to MEP systems during the course of the project, ensuring minimal disruption to
the project schedule.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of MEP designs,
technical specifications, project schedules, and progress reports. Provide regular updates

residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building
automation systems.
• Proven experience in coordinating MEP systems with interior designs and ensuring
integration with other construction disciplines.
• Familiarity with advanced MEP technologies, including energy-efficient systems, smart
building technologies, and sustainable practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings, technical specifications,
and regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex MEP issues during
the construction phase.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and
collaborate with multiple teams.
