About the Job:

Join our client’s team as a Management Tranee! In this role, you'll assist assist in generating sales leads, support prospecting strategies, conduct market research and financial analysis, manage the sales pipeline, and track activities, while leveraging strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales and management.

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Support the development and execution of strategies for prospecting and lead qualification.
• Assist in managing the sales pipeline and track sales activities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Graduate of AIM is a plus.
• Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or any related field. 
• Experience in market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
