SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will maintain assets in accordance with common technical practices and manufacturers’ requirements to ensure equipment reliability. You will follow local, regional, segment, and Group (especially HSEQ) requirements, objectives, and guidelines for how the work shall be performed.
This position is based in Muscat, Oman, and reports to the Maintenance Manager. The role involves working in shifts and may require night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance tasks following standards and procedures, ensuring the right quality in the most effective way.
- Register required data linked to work orders.
- Actively participate in root cause analysis of recurring and critical breakdowns and failures.
- Actively participate in Safe Job Analysis and follow the requirements given in the Work Permit.
- Support the commissioning process for new assets based on HSEQ and engineering standards requirements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
We are looking for:
- High Diploma Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Technology.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical installations such as dissolvers, pumps, and automated filling machines.
- Minimum three years of experience in the paint or relevant industries.
