Learning & Development Specialist
Requirements
Qualifications and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 5-6 years' progressive experience within Learning & Development.
Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate setting.
Experience in Learning & Development at both a delivery and design level for a diverse audience.
Hands-on experience and solid knowledge of performance management, training needs analysis, talent management, organization development, and succession planning.
Advanced or proficient level of SAP and Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
CIPD certificate in learning & development is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of SAP System.
Performance management system.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence and its application in training programs
