Key responsibilities include:• Educational Leadership: Set strategic direction, develop impactful educational goals, and lead curriculum innovation to meet students' needs.• Instructional Leadership: Promote effective teaching practices, oversee curriculum delivery, and ensure measurable improvements in student outcomes.• Staff Management: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
