We are exclusively partnering with a large Global group business who are seeking a highly skilled HR Director to lead their Oman and UAE cluster. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall objectives of the organization partnering closely with the wider group and Head Office. The HR Director will be responsible for managing various strategic and operational projects including transformation, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and organizational policies.
The successful candidate will work closely with the executive leadership team, driving an effective HR agenda that fosters a productive and positive workplace culture. This position requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of HR practices in Oman/GCC and excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
