If you are ready to apply your strong business acumen and take an active role in driving the business partnering agenda across our commercial organization, then you could be just the person we are looking for to fill the position as Finance Business Partner – Oman.
You will be located at our Oman office in Muscat. You will be reporting to the General Manager of Oman, while partnering with the entire Oman Management Team on a daily basis. You will also have strong dotted line reporting relationship to the Senior Finance Manager UOQ
Key responsibilities:
As Finance Business Partner, your key responsibility will be to drive the business partnering agenda towards our commercial organization. This will include driving the discussions on channel and customer performance, with providing insights and transparency to the organization on cost developments, customer profitability, etc. You will be also get exposure to the UOQ and MENA Management Leadership team with focus on performance review and forecast updates. In addition to the above, you will be co-driving the strategic Performance Management agenda towards the UOQ Leadership team and commercial organization, including developing performance review. You will also be a key player in defining and driving efficiency initiatives across the business by creating financial insights, facilitating business cases, and driving resource allocation.
Finally, you will be involved in “hands-on” topics such as ongoing, monthly closing, forecast loads, etc. –overall, this is a very exciting and diverse role, covering different finance disciplines, and with a broad exposure towards the Oman organization.
Your profile
You hold a degree in Economics, Finance, or Management Accounting and minimum 3-4+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably within Performance Management and/or as a Finance Business Partner. The role will also expose you to our commercial organization, so additionally you need an appetite for building commercial understanding and adding commercial finance to your tool box.
