Job Requirements
3 -5 years’ experience in similar role/industry.
Good work ethic and willingness to comply and promote the company’s policies and procedures.
Cultural awareness to facilitate smooth cooperation with colleagues and customers from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Good English Communication Skills – both written and verbal. Arabic Language will be an advantage.
Proficient knowledge of computers especially in MS Office & Outlook in MS office, including good data entry skills.

Job Description
Develop and maintain a professional and ethical working relationship with clients and colleagues to ensure continuous growth of the customer database.
Monitor and manage commitments and communicate with customers in potential service situations to ensure they are kept up-to-date at all times with daily and monthly reports.
Communicate with internal departments & overseas offices and partners to ensure prompt resolution to any customer issues.
Maintain customer profiles, ensuring information in the database is accurate and current.
Travel to offsite locations and meet with customers if/when required to promote GAC and the department.
Promote self-development and enhance market and competitor knowledge to keep up-to-date with local market trends.
Serve as a role model upholding the GAC Code of Ethics and GAC Sprit in the best interest of the company and Group.
Any other duties requested or delegated by manager to ensure the company’s service levels are maintained.
