● Act as a first point of contact with a prompt response to the sales team queries, complaints, calls, and emails.
● Upload and update restaurant information online and in a timely manner.
● Update and monitor the closed restaurants and align with the sales team to collect the outstanding balance.
● Collection and documentation of restaurant contracts and amendments along with other sales-related data.
● Assisting the finance team with different tasks required within the assigned deadlines.
● Arranging meetings, resolving partner's account discrepancies, and performing account reconciliations.
● Communicates with and provides services to a wide range of internal and external contacts.
● Anticipates and resolves problems and updates the supervisor on the status of tasks/projects.
● Responsible for issuing invoices and credit notes for restaurants.
● Responsible for reviewing and approving NCR invoices and informing the sales team accordingly.
● Responsible for aligning with the sales and legal team to upload and update existing and new restaurant bank accounts.
● Provide Finance reports to partners and sales team.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
