Construction Building Superintendent (28/03/2025) 

We are looking for a Construction Building Superintendent for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Sohar, Oman

Start Date: ASAP - Q2 of 2025

Estimated Service Duration: 12 months (renewable)

Service Status: Resident (5 days per week) – potentially 6 days / week tbc

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Experience on large scale oil and gas projects from both owner and contractor perspective, with focusing on building works.
• Ability to schedule priorities and multi-task within time and budget requirements.
• Engineering degree, with 10-year more oil & gas construction experience or equivalent experience specific to complex industrial buildings execution.
• Strong HSE culture and safety leadership.
• Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence critical decision agreements regarding safety, schedule and cost.
• English written and verbal communication skills, Arabic or French is a plus.
• Ability to encourage and work within a team culture in a multinational environment.
• Communication, Organization, Planning, Time management and Reporting skills.
