A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in preparing and cooking food items. Measure and portion ingredients accurately. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in creating menu items and specials as needed.
Strong passion for food and cooking. Ability to work well in a team environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary school training is a plus.
