Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current processes and procedures in collaboration with different teams.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in existing procedures and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and document workflow maps using appropriate analysis tools, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine their requirements and needs, and offer suitable solutions.
• Evaluate the impact of changes on various processes and ensure their smooth implementation.
• Provide regular reports on work progress and achieved results.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Practical experience in process analysis and development.
• Good knowledge of modeling tools such as Visio, ARIS, or BIC.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in using project management tools and software.
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems in an innovative way.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital transformation projects or process improvement.
• Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles or continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.
