About the Role
As a Bus Operational Analyst for one of the public transport projects in Oman, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing bus operations to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and alignment with client objectives. Your expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and technical reporting will drive informed decision-making and deliver value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop complex analyses using statistical, financial, and comparative methodologies to optimize bus operations.
Collaborate with project clients and stakeholders to evaluate options, highlight pros and cons, and secure agreement on a recommended path forward.
Prepare comprehensive technical reports detailing analysis results, insights, and recommendations.
Provide actionable insights to improve operational performance and enhance user satisfaction.
Ensure deliverables align with project objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Contribute to the success of similar projects, leveraging prior experience in at least one relevant project.
Your Requirements to Be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Management.
8-10 years of experience in developing complex analyses using statistical/financial methods, predictive modeling, and comparative analysis.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders, balancing diverse perspectives to reach consensus.
Strong experience in preparing detailed technical reports and documentation.
Hands-on involvement in at least one similar project.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
