As a Banking Sales Officer, your primary responsibility is to achieve the bank's sales targets by offering customer-centric financial solutions that align with the unique needs and aspirations of the clients. In this client-facing role, you will serve as the main point of contact, forging strong and lasting relationships with customers. Your role involves understanding their financial goals and needs, providing expert guidance, and helping them plan for a better tomorrow, so they can enjoy their best lives today. Areas of Assignment:

• Batangas: Sto. Tomas
• Davao: Magsaysay
• Three (3) Opening of Roving Financial Advisor (Supporting NCR stores; Will be stationed in Makati, Muntinlupa, or Las Piñas)

Required Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years in college + 2 years' experience in sales or customer service; OR completed a 4-year bachelor's degree + 1 year experience in sales or customer service.
• Fresh graduates from business-related courses are welcome.
• Effective communication of financial concepts to provide exceptional client service.
• Accepting applications from both licensed and unlicensed financial advisors.
• Willing to be assigned onsite at a bank branch.

Preferred Qualifications:

• For non-fresh graduates, a minimum of 6 months of client-facing experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Displays positive values and a likable personality, building trust and maintaining strong client relationships.
