Join the Global CTO Office Team, known internally as the Strategy & Governance Team, and be a driving force behind the Global Internal Communication and Transformationactivities
Role Summary: As amember of the Global CTO Office Team, you will be at the heart of GIS strategic and operational initiatives, contributing to thetransformation of our team.
YOUR IMPACT AT CHANEL
Collaborate in the development and communication of GIS 3-year Strategic Roadmap.
Engage in organizing and animating the Infrastructure community through events and meetings.
Support communication strategies targeting Management, other IT Teams, and our International Hubs.
Craft operational communication plans by collaborating closely with Global CIO Office, ensuring alignment with our team’s vision and agendas.
Select appropriate mediums and craft compelling content tailored to convey our key messages, while maintaining consistency and strategic alignment.
Set clear objectives for each communication initiative, measuring success and impact to continually refine our approach.
Assist in driving Change management initiatives to elevate Infrastructure service performance and satisfaction.
Animate and support the GIS Apprentice community, (currently a group of ~20 apprentices), fostering a spirit of collaboration, growth, and innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Pursuing a Master’s degree in Communication or business administration.
Previous relevant experience is highly valued.
Demonstrated skills in autonomy, rigor, dynamism, and communication.
Proficient with Office Tools
Fluent in English & French
