Position Overview:


As Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be developing and managing key accounts. You will leverage your expertise in ELV Buildings Solutions industry to establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring their business needs are met with Siemens' high-quality products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Verticals Sales Representative for Healthcare/High Education/Commercial Buildings.
  • Digital Sales Representative.
  • Partners Management.

§Responsible of identifying / creating the demand, detecting the opportunities and acquisition of enquiries, giving clear guidance on a bid strategy, building the offer based on detailed costing / tendering process, obtaining internal bid approvals, negotiating and securing the order and consequently processing the order, as per the approved guidelines.


§Prospecting, promoting and proposition comprehensive solutions which meet client’s requirements.


§Preparation of quotations and tender, including technical documents strictly under the policy's prices and margins guidelines of Siemens, setting up the best strategic alliance / partnership.


§Responsibility for the definition of the target bid price / defending the best bid / Development of sales strategy and meeting structured sales targets.


§Preparing, developing and maintaining healthy pipeline of sales opportunities, including keeping the Siemens sales funnel tool valid and up to date at all times.


§Identifying the key End users, clients, and players of the market and analyzing the competitors’ activities and market dynamics.


§Promotion Siemens Solutions using customer meetings, workshops, Webinar, events, roadshows..


Qualifications:


§Graduate Engineer with 5 o 10 years’ Sales experience


§High technical Knowledge of Siemens ELV Solutions (BMS, Fire, CCTV, Access Control, PSIM)


§Sales proven skills and Oman market knowledge.


§Competent knowledge of MS Office, Presentation skills, CRM (Sales Force)


§Ability to work with internal & external contacts of different countries, regions and cultural background.


§Sound knowledge of Commercial Processes, Cost Estimation, Negotiation and Contract management and financial basics.


§Very good level of English.


§Very good Communication and Presentation skills
