Can be supported by system PDA, SwEMs, SEs and IVVQM (if needed)ReportingPM – Project ManagerWPM is focused on the technical management (HOW).Supports BID and Project teams to understand the context and customer needsDefines scope and prevent scope creeps:Organizes the requirements allocation then approves lower level solution elements’ or components’ engineering plans including those flown down to subcontractors and partners.Guarantees the commitments of the project including:Satisfaction of the stakeholders requirements Constraints provided by the PDA Constraints provided by (DA) Design Authority.Optimizes technical work :By organizing system engineering reviewsParticipating to those of lower level solution elements from design to validation and acceptance.Together with PDAChallenges The PDA design if needed to include project schedule and technical constraints.Approves the main bid/project engineering reviews and deliverables.Organizes technical meetings and peer reviews in order to perform technical assessment and validation.Monitor and control technical risk and associated actions.Communication skillsCustomer facing – clarifying requirements and keep the solution scopeInternal team –project engineering team , project manager and QAMTechnical skillsStrong knowledge of products, security, standards requirementsStrong knowledge of the project requirements and scopeManagement skillsLead and manage the system engineers (requirements engineers )Managing technical risks – identify, monitor, define mitigation actionsManage the technical project execution and ensure the inerrability.Qualifications:Education:Engineering or master’s degree in information technology or computer ScienceExperience Level:Minimum 5 years’ experience in computer scienceExperience in customer project activity (Professional Services)Fluent English Behavioral skills:Customer orientedGood communication styleCreativeAutonomousTeam workerAble to work under pressureProblem solvingWorldwide Mobility for short or medium duration (Travel capabilities for workshops, integration and deployment in customer premises)At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
