WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
For the new tobacco factory in TETOUAN, we are looking for aWarehouse Associate to manage inventory, handle materials, and ensure compliance with safety and JTI standards. This is an on-site position.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- You will be fully responsible for Spare parts warehouse & support other WHs-related activities, including inventory management, analysis, and reporting in SAP (Tobacco, Non-tobacco materials, Finished Goods, and Spare Parts) and MOM, ensuring all materials are received, stored, and loaded correctly in the warehouse.
- You will analyze inventory levels, monitor stock turnover, and ensure compliance with government requirements and JTI standards, including safety and 5S3R policies for Spare parts WHs & other WHs.
- You will track inventory movements (Leaf, NTM, SP, FG), manage waste, and coordinate actions related to write-offs or sales.
- You will supervise inventory reconciliation, SAP treatment, and ensure accurate data reporting for inventory management.
- You will prepare and deliver reports to relevant parties, including inventory, overtime, and vacation usage reports.
- You will support cost center follow-up and assist with variance explanations, as well as prepare ASP templates for the warehouse.
- You will ensure adherence to EHS standards and support warehouse compliance with JTI 5S3R standards
- You will handle PR/PO cycles for the warehouse, including creating PRs and processing invoices accurately.
- You will perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager and be accountable for special projects as needed.
EDUCATION
University degree in Business Administration or industrial Engineering.
WORK EXPERIENCE
3 years experience , Knowledge of Supply Chain operations; Involvement & knowledge of Warehouses operations.
SKILLS
- SAP & Inventory Management – Strong understanding of SAP, MOM, and inventory tracking across various materials (Leaf, NTM, SP, FG).
- Warehouse Operations & Compliance – Knowledge of 5S3R, EHS standards, and governmental compliance for warehouse management.
- Analytical & Process Optimization Skills – Ability to analyze KPIs, capacity utilization, and workflows to drive continuous improvement.
- Organizational & Multitasking Abilities – Strong attention to detail in reporting, effective task prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Collaboration & Technical Proficiency – Fluent in English, experienced in cross-functional teamwork, with intermediate MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.
