About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:
This incredible hotel located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Responsibilities - General:
• Adheres to the hotel's code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards.
• Is seen as working hands-on, assisting colleagues in crunch times.
• Actively participates in briefings and meetings and attends all scheduled training sessions.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment.
• Performs any additional duties as assigned.
• Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule.
- Departmental
• Greets guests who arrive by private car and assists guests descending from cars.
• Issues appropriate valet parking tickets to guests when door staff is unavailable.
• Drives car to hotel garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle being driven and other vehicles in the vicinity.
• Assesses any damage to vehicle. Clearly note any damage on claim ticket along with location of vehicle when parked. Deposits key and ticket with Valet Cashier.
• Opens hotel doors for all guests and gives verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars
• Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, inhouse events, etc.
• Retrieves car for guests in a swift and safe manner.
• Ensures that the Four Seasons setup is done in all cars that are left with the Valet service.
• Has an eye for detail and takes note of anything that might need to be replaced in the car before retrieval as a GMR or WOW.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
. • Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Bell Staff, Door Staff.
• To cover Night shifts on a rotational basis.
Skills:
• Excellent driving skills.
• Must have a valid type B driving license.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Reading, writing and oral fluency in Arabic, French and English preferred.
