The TWI Lead will be responsible for all tasks related to the program deployment and execution, including but not limited to the effective practices of the TWI programs (WI, JI, JR and JS), responsible for TWI KPIs and standardization phase 1, 2 and 3, coordination with the project management team and post training activities.
S/He is also responsible for the implementation and follow up of the first maturity level of the standardization factory
Key responsibilities:
WI/JI: Connect with terminals and ensure target program KPIs are maintained and achieved (quality and quantity).
Job relations: ensure terminal is maintaining learning & Sharing sessions as per agreed number of practices to be performed.
Job safety: ensure terminal is performing agreed number of COC (Chain of causation) practices – COC report is filled and used for non-classified incidents and recorded in Gizmo – track number of work instructions created or updated as a result of the COC outcome – check with terminals occurrence of repeated incidents within same standard.
Number of core work instructions created
Cycle time measurement performed for core WIs
Number of job instructions made following skill variance detected
Total number of job instructions / job breakdowns made by terminal
Number of process confirmation made on JI and its outcome
Coordinates and gets info from project management team on all matters related to preparation phase of TWI trainings and bookings.
Checks and consolidates feedback about trainers and attendance.
Helps and follows up on the creation of the first maturity level of the standardization factory (creation & visualization).
Follows up with terminals on Mavim and Confluence update.
Helps and follows up on the implementation of TWI programs for Asset Management as per roadmap: trainings, data, factory.
Highlights any potential risk that could impact the trainings as per year target (number of capabilities: target vs actual).
Supports standardization and flow deployment teams as required
