We are looking for active, curious yet thorough and structured TRADE MARKETING ASSOCIATE for a position located in Morocco office and reporting to Trade Marketing Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As Trade Marketing Associate you will be working in close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales functions in order to facilitate the smooth and successful translation of defined JTI strategies and objectives into effective trade marketing and merchandising plans and programs.

Primarily the successful candidate will be supporting Morocco Trade Loyalty Program (TLP), Merchandising as well as consumers’ activities.

In coordination with the Trade Marketing, Sales and Marketing teams, Trade Marketing Associate will be responsible for sourcing, qualification and preselection of Consumers activities giveaways, and goodies, point of sales materials, display units, etc. ensuring their availability at the time of trade marking programs launches.

An important part of the role is the Trade Marketing department budget follow up and update on regular basis, under a very close coordination with the Cluster Budget Manager, ensuring compliance with the company procedures and processes.

EDUCATION

University education (Marketing, Finance or Commercial studies) or relevant work experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE

4-6 years experience in trade marketing / Consumers and trade marketing in FMCG industry / Marketing / Channel Management.

SKILLS

• Fluent French and Arabic and English.
• Good hand of Windows office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Negotiation skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Trade marketing programs Ideation deployment and activations.
• Consumer activations & programs Ideation deployment & execution.
• Market knowledge and expertise.
