What you will do in this role:

• Participate in software validation campaigns to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts to define testing strategies.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing to guarantee application stability.
• Analyze and formalize user needs to ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Support end-to-end testing phases for CRM implementation projects.
• Develop and execute test cases for REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Provide user support, assist in troubleshooting, and document issues effectively.
• Ensure testing processes align with Agile/SAFE methodologies.

• Experience in software testing and validation (Selenium).
• Knowledge of IT and CRM project workflows.
• Understanding of API testing (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFE methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
