Job responsabilities :
New Supplier Certification Audit:
Lead the first certification audit management system audit for new suppliers (quality, health, safety);
Responsible for preparing the initial certification audit report for new suppliers, and following up on the response and verification of the improvement report for new suppliers;
Responsible for confirming the compliance of the supplier admission OA process (including supplier basic information, material certification reports, etc.).
Qualified Supplier Audit:
Responsible for preparing the annual audit plan;
Responsible for conducting supplier system audits according to the audit plan and audit checklist, and issuing audit reports;
Responsible for responding, following up, and verifying improvement measures for non conformities in supplier audits.
Performance Evaluation of Qualified Suppliers:
Responsible for updating and maintaining the performance evaluation model for qualified suppliers;
Responsible for compiling and maintaining a qualified supplier performance evaluation ledger (including quarterly and annual);
Responsible for collecting supplier performance evaluation data (quarterly);
Responsible for publishing supplier performance evaluation data and collecting feedback opinions.
Supplier Quality Improvement Management:
Responsible for organizing quality training for suppliers;
Responsible for providing feedback, tracking, and confirming improvement effects of abnormal incoming materials from suppliers, and providing guidance on supplier quality improvement;
Responsible for 5MIE change management of suppliers;
Responsible for promoting supplier testing and benchmarking;
Responsible for initiating and following up on supplier claims.
Systems Management:
Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of relevant supplier management program documents;
Responsible for updating and publishing the list of qualified suppliers;
Responsible for signing supplier quality agreements.
Other tasks assigned by the leaders
Profile :
- Engineer of state or Master 's degree, with priority given to majors related to chemical engineering and materials
- More than 3 years of experience in supplier quality management in large and medium-sized manufacturing industries
- ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 three system internal auditor certificates (1 or more), and peers with quality management experience are preferred
- Three system audit tools (such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, etc.), quality management tools (such as QC seven methods, 8D, 5WHY, fishbone diagram, etc.);
- Master conventional office software (Office, WPS);
- Adhere to principles, have a strong sense of work responsibility and career ambition;
- Strong internal and external communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to withstand pressure.
- Can adapt to business trips and workshop environments (noise, high temperature, dust, odors, etc.)
