Position Tasks :
Task
Detailed description of main activities
Environmental, Health and Safety Management System
• Ensure of compliance with environmental policy, occupational health and safety
* Mantien EHS management system
• Identification : environmental aspects & risk
• Evaluate legal regulations, YEL group, and customer ( interested parties & Risk and Opportunities )
• Monitoring of EH & S objectives
• Establish and maintain an EH & S management program
• Monitoring of the implementation of training, awareness
• Prepare an emergency plan
• Implement a strategy for monitoring and measuring EH & S indicators
• Treatment of accidents, non-conformities and corrective and preventive actions
• Establish with the YEL manager an EH & S audit management system
• Assigning to support EH&S Management Representative with establishing, operating and maintaining the EH&S MS.
• Reporting progress of the system to the EH&S Management Representative
Improve
• Collaboration with the company's Doctor of Labor and participation in awareness campaigns and prevention of serious diseases
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the company and new projects
Follow the EHS KPI's
Participation of the Safety and Health Committee;
• Monthly monitoring of the EHS indicator
• Monthly monitoring of the scrap indicator
• Monitoring of the recycling rate indicator
• Follow-up the action plan of the scrap reduction
EHS budget
Establish an annual budget for EHS activities.
Keep track of EHS budget's consumption.
Scrap Management and security
• Monitoring the scrap indicator , follow action plan scrap reduction
• Monitoring site protection KPI
• Report all incident related to site protection
• Follow and mange security team
Respect EHS standards
Ensure the respect and applications of procedures YEL/YMK, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 ) and the 5S.
Position Requirement :
Formal education level completed:
Master's degree or similar
Additional specifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in automotive wiring.
Studies:
Quality , Environmental, Health and safety Management
Other required qualifications:
ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 & Legal requirement
Minimum Professional experience in a related area :
4-6
