• Design the Data Migration solutions .
• Responsible to create design & process documents.
• Build ,Implement and support new hardware and solutions
• Provide disaster recovery solution.
• Design and implement local replication using DELL EMC products for testing and backup.
• Analyze and understand the customer infrastructure and project deliverables
• Train and mentor the team with the current and upcoming DELL EMC products
• Ability to perform in high stress & fast paced customer driven organization
• Demonstrates sense of urgency & takes ownership
• Requires Can-do and do-whatever-it-takes kind of attitude
• Team player and comfortable working in a small team environment and working with cross discipline teams (RE, QA, DOC, etc.) and across time zones.
• Understanding of industry trends, latest technology trends, and general interest in cutting edge technology.
