POSITION PURPOSE:
The Blue Prism Developer role within the AXA GBS Industrial Automation Division is a pivotal position, entrusted to support one of our flagship customers on the French market. With a focus on architecting, designing, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions utilising Blue Prism, this role holds significant responsibility in shaping and transforming AXA's operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives. The incumbent's deep and broad expertise in Blue Prism and related technologies is instrumental in driving the technical expertise critical to the success of AXA GBS, contributing significantly to the organisation's strategic objectives and operational efficiency.
Furthermore, the role involves a high level guidance provided to others. The position requires exceptional problem-solving skills, involving complex analysis, transformation, innovation. The job holds a high level of autonomy and accountability, ultimately influencing strategy and impacting various levels within AXA.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2.Demonstrated 5-8 years of specialised experience in RPA, particularly with Blue Prism.
3.Proven track record of leading a minimum of 10 end-to-end RPA implementations.
4.Strong technical expertise within an IT programming development environment, with a demonstrated ability to complete functional and technical designs, code, unit test, and documentation within the Blue Prism RPA framework.
5.Proficient working knowledge of c# and VB.NET, providing an additional advantage.
6.Hands-on experience in Excel and Macro, showcasing practical proficiency.
7.Proficiency in Microsoft Technology, encompassing Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, and Web Services.
8.Extensive experience in Web, Desktop, Citrix, Excel, PDF, Image, SAP, Mainframe, and API-based automation.
9.In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
10.Familiarity with other automation technologies, such as UiPath, as well as knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence, is considered an asset.
11.Blue Prism Professional Developer Certification (APD01) -Mandatory
12.Blue Prism Solution Designer Certification (ASD01) – Desirable
13.Fluent French speaking skills are essential
