Reporting directly to the Sales Manager – New Building Solutions, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Specialist – Back Office based in our Casablanca office. A Sales Specialist Back Office at KONE for New Building Solutions supports the sales team by preparing proposals, managing customer data, coordinating with internal departments, conducting market analysis, and handling sales administration to ensure smooth project execution.

What you will do:


  • Prepare, review, and tender customer proposals based on the input received.
  • Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information, and provide technical specifications and quotations.
  • Support sales team and manager to achieve sales targets by identifying new opportunities, revising tenders, and contacting customers.
  • Ensure CRM management by creating new Leads and accounts.
  • Analyze low to medium-complexity RFQs, interpret requirements, and create specifications based on the appropriate KONE Product to meet the customer needs.
  • Support on public project submission and tenders.
  • Analyze, quote, and communicate financier offers to our customers and follow up with the decision-maker to increase Orders.

Keys to success?


  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or Industrial Automation
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Proven experience in industrial product sales
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Trilingual: French, Arabic, and English
  • Strong team player with commitment and openness to new ideas
