The Sales Development Program is a 4-week training course for university graduates who are eager to develop their skills and competencies in SALES.

What to expect:



Throughout this program you will benefit from an enriching learning curriculum, combining both experiential learning and work-shadowing on the field, which will provide you with a well-rounded understanding of what it’s like to be part of the world’s largest Food & Beverage company Sales Team!

Program Summary:



The curriculum of the Sales Academy will be delivered by our Experts and will include a blend of the following elements:
Classroom Training Sessions that will provide you with a solid foundation in sales principles, strategies, and best practices.
Hands-on Work Shadowing across our three sales channels: Modern, Traditional and Pharma, to allow observe and learn from seasoned sales professionals, gaining valuable insights into the practical application of sales techniques.
Practical Business Case Study to further reinforce the learning, you will work on a comprehensive business case study that simulates a real-world sales scenario et have the opportunity to present to our Senior Leaders.
The Sales Development Program will happen in July 2024, every day from Monday to Friday.

Who are we looking for:



Fresh University Graduates majored in Marketing, Finance, Sales, Business Management or any business-related major.
No more than 1 year working experience.
Good proficiency in both French and English.
Great communications skills, ambitious and excited to learn!
