POSITION OVERVIEW Reporting to the Director of Reservation and Revenue, the reservation age n t assists Amanjena guests with their booking needs
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist and advis e guests who may be choosing from a variety of rooms options Check availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest Process s with payments and send confirmation details to customers Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations Sell and promot e reservation services Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process Up-sell, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer-service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French * Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
