Key Responsibilities:

• Build a good relationship with customers.
• Manage Quality Figures: Scorecard, PPM, Chargebacks and Written concern by dealing with Customers.
• Ensure Proactive communication channeling between Customer and plant interlocutor.
• Lead problem solving for customer claims related to product Quality.
• Analyze Customer Complaints related to product quality, and lead implementation of proper corrective actions.
• Provides continuous feedback to customer about the status and evolution of claims.
• Manage non-Quality costs generated due to internal or external rejection.
• Lead internal and external audits
• Contribute to continuous improvement tasks.
• Ensure conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirement, and regulatory requirement.
• Have authority to stop production and shipment in case of major risk.
• Ensure all PPAP deliverables during Project Life Milestones

To be successful for this role:

• Bac+5 Engineering Degree or equivalent
• a minimum experience of 1 year in a similar role is appreciated
• Good knowledge of Core tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving knowledge
• Strong leadership, and ability to gather people around common target
