Job Description
Mission:
·Adheres to Projectpurchasing and procurement guidelines, ensures that all work undertaken is delivered on time and to specification.
·Improves the quality of service to achieve best value and best practice.
·Compares prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among Archirodon suppliers.
·Tracks the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
·Contacts suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
·Prepares, maintains, and reviews procurement files, reports and price lists.
·Provides support & information to all project levels.
·Builds up a portfolio of approved suppliers
·Liaises with users and other relevant parties;
·Processes invoices verification.
Performs any other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies
degree in business / management
8 years of experience as procurement specialist / officer
Frensh, English and Spanish will be a plus
