The company is based in Beirut.Job DescriptionMultinational ICT Group based in Lebanon is looking for an ambitious Technical Pre-sales Consultant - IBM Technologies, located in Morocco.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.Design and present comprehensive and customized technical solutions using IBM Technologies products and services. Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions on a need basis.Address technical questions and concerns during customer interactions. Act as a technical advisor and consultant for customers, providing insights and recommendations.Provide technical guidance and assistance in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and other customer inquiries.Work closely with the sales team to build strong relationships with customers and support the sales process and strategies.Train internal teams and customers on IBM Technologies products.Keep the sales and technical teams updated on new product releases and enhancements.QualificationsQualifications:Possess in-depth knowledge of IBM Technologies products, solutions, and services.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).3 to 5 years of IBM/DELL/Oracle experienceLanguages: Arabic, French, EnglishAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
