Portfolio Manager – Information Systems (Capital Markets) Ref. 005848

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager – Information Systems (Capital Markets) with a strong background in project management and business analysis within the banking and capital markets sector. This position requires a deep understanding of financial markets, anti-money laundering (AML), and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing complex IT projects, driving digital transformation, and enhancing organizational efficiency.

• Location: Casablanca
• Experience Level: 7 to 9 years 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of IT projects related to capital markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for AML and CTF challenges.
• Lead initiatives related to asset management, financial custody, and investment banking operations.
• Drive digital transformation projects, focusing on enhancing both external client experiences and internal organizational efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks to support strategic goals.
• Apply UX design principles to improve user experience across IT systems and platforms.
• Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders and ensure effective communication across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Degree from a leading engineering or business school.
• Experience: 7 to 9 years of significant experience in IT project management and business analysis, specifically in the banking and capital markets domain.
• Financial Markets Knowledge: Deep understanding of capital markets, asset management, and investment banking operations.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and French is essential.
• Regulatory Expertise: Solid knowledge of AML and CTF regulations and practices.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Proficiency in UX design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and tools.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
