We are looking for a Portfolio Associate for a position located in the Casablanca office and reporting to Marketing Lead N&WA.

The Ideal candidate will Support development of long-term Marketing plans and their deployment across North & West Africa Markets. The focus will be on support designing long-term Portfolio & Pricing strategies, ensuring a consumer centric approach and identifying future consumer relevant trends, and New Markets opportunities.

What you will be doing:

As a Portfolio Brands Associate, you will:

• Support the Development and execute Brand strategies aligned with consumers’ needs and Markets opportunities with the collaboration of the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities through strong consumer understanding to achieve key brand objectives.
• Support the development of short and long-term pricing strategies 
• Monitor brands performance across the markets to ensure that the brands are engaging with consumers and achieving brands goals.
• Work on the implementation of portfolio-related projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, French & Arabic.
• Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 3 to 5 years experience in Marketing. Experience in Brand Management and Strategic insight, preferably in a FMCG company.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
