Operational Quality Lead - Morrocco, Ghana & Nigeria

• Handle Quality inspections of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finish Goods as applicable.
• Perform QM transactions in SAP to release the materials on time to ensure disruption free supplies.
• Lead customer and supplier complaint investigation and track CAPA (Corrective Actions Preventive Actions) through completion.
• Handle non-conforming products as per Handling of non-conforming products process.
• Execute the change management in line with business requirements (PCR) – risk assessment and documentation of change.
• Visit 3rd party contract manufacturers to oversee the operational quality compliance.
• Quality and process audit at 3rd party contract manufacturer sites
• Lead New Product introduction (formulation and specification management) through plant trials at 3rd party contract manufacturer sites.
• Drive quality improvement plans in line with regional quality drives.
• Own and drive Quality KPIs at country level (Morocco, Ghana & Nigeria)
• Own the documentation required as per Regulatory, Diversey and Audit (internal/ external)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor/master's in chemistry discipline - must
• Professional certification (Internal/lead auditor) of ISO 9001:2015 is preferred.

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years in chemical/personal care/pharma/food sectors in quality function

Skills: 

• Transactional knowledge of SAP QM module
• Hands-on Root Cause Analysis and CAPA process
• ISO 9001:2015 auditing experience (internal/lead)
• Excellent in communication and collaboration
• Experience of New Product introduction
