Apply now for the position of MRI Application Specialist, Based in Casablanca or Rabat in Morocco. This person will contribute to customer advanced knowledge to ease patient’s diagnosis

Your role:

• Deliver our Education Portfolio to our Customers for the assigned product lines during all the system lifecycles.
• Ensure and increase customer satisfaction delivering handover and follow-up trainings to our customers.
• Provide your knowledge to support our customer in their clinical needs.
• Provide support during trades and congresses.
• Develop our education services portfolio in collaboration with the management team.
• Track, monitor and develop customer education’s needs.

Your expertise:

• You have a degree in medical radiology techniques or Biomedical Engineering or any related field.
• Previous experience of minimum 2 years in MRI scanning.
• Good command of English and French Language.
• You are based either in Casablanca or in Rabat.
• Flexible to travel across Morocco.
• You have the aspiration to develop a technical path and grow.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments.
