Medical Representative

The position

As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Novo Nordisk’s Insulin products and securing sales and business growth in your assigned territory. You will execute sales effectively, efficiently, and ethically and establish strong relationships with customers. 

Your main accountabilities:

• Achieve sales targets and KPI performance and ensure the availability of products in your own territory
• Develop and implement sales strategies to reach potential customers and manage existing customer relationships
• Visit specialists and physicians to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
• Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
• Identify and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

Qualifications

In order to be considered for the role, we expect you to have:

• University degree in science and/or business marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical sector; preferably within a multinational organization
• Experience in the Diabetes market is a plus
• Ability to lead and convince a wide range of key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Strong Interpersonal communication skills and results focused.
