As the Marketing Director, you will be at the heart of YolaFresh's growth strategy. You will define and execute the marketing roadmap to accelerate acquisition, strengthen retention, and optimize the customer experience.
Your responsibilities
Define and execute the marketing strategy in line with growth objectives.
Growth & Performance Marketing: Customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and LTV with a data-driven and ROI-focused approach.
Branding & Communication: Build a strong identity across all channels (digital, offline, PR).
Customer Experience (CX): Optimize retention and customer satisfaction through CRM and loyalty programs.
Mastery of digital & offline channels: Digital advertising, social media, content marketing, influence, retail media, and automation.
Pricing and Revenue Management: Customer segmentation, pricing, and monetization.
Leadership & Management: Lead marketing teams (Growth, Brand & Comms, Customer Experience) with a collaborative approach.
10-15 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Revenue Management.
Strong expertise in marketing strategy, acquisition, and retention.
Strategic vision with excellent execution capabilities.
Proven experience in FMCG, Telco, E-commerce, Marketplace, Retail, or Fintech sectors.
Analytical mindset, leadership, and results-oriented approach.
