• Level of studies: Bac+5 in Engineering or other Technical fields
• Experience : Min 5 years experience on automotive industry
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English
• High communication skills
Attributions & Tasks:
- Organize and improve the maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Negotiate the resources needed with the technical manager to implement a policy of rectification or improvement (human, technical, financial, time).
- Develop or upgrade the procedures of maintenance.
- Identify areas of cost optimization and negotiating with new suppliers for various services maintenance. - Schedule training for the entire maintenance team. - Monitor and evaluate the results of the work and performance of subordinates
- Manage the means and resources of maintenance (split assignments of men and equipment ...).
- Ensure the corrective maintenance of equipment and technical assistance.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs (Planning, Control, preventive and predictive)
- Monitor and ensure the TPME application
- Validate and qualify new processes and new equipment.
- Control and optimize the process parameters.
- Ensure the proper use of SAP PM and MM in the technical department.
- Provide end-user support.
- Prevent and manage the impacts on the environment and safety, AND ensure the appropriate behavior of employees of service in relation with the EH & S management system.
- Educate and follow the training plan of the teams in terms of quality and safety.
- Participate in improving the quality, safety and environmental actions.
- Ensuring the quality of services of the maintenance department regarding to standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc.)
