About the location:



This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.Responsibilities Key Duties: • Provide a fun, active, creative and exciting space for our Kids experience • Work closely with the Guest Experience team to ensure the liaison between the Kids Club and the Guest Experience • Come up with weekly programs that include a mix of creative, fun, active, educational and diverse activities • Manage the space and ensure it is always kept safe and clean • Ensure the program is always at the expectation of Four Seasons Rabat and constant evolving of ideas Operational: • Assist all Kids and Guests that come to the Kids Club • Supervise all activities throughout the day • Ensure that all rules with time, dietary restrictions and age limit are being adhered to • Plan and schedule additional labor when needed according to the budget allowance • Work closely with Engineering in case of any needs for fixing or setup • Work closely with F&B in case of any needs & refreshments • Liaise daily with the Front Office team to understand the Kids arrivals of the day and ensure Kids check in experience & in room setup are completed • Liaise daily with HK team to see if any special touches are carried out for the Kids staying in house • When the Kids Club is closed walking around the Hotel grounds to connect with any Kids, creating new connections & inviting them into the Kids club or following up with Kids that have already visited the Kids club • Assist Guest Experience Manager when needed, occasionally jumping into the Operation to assist in arrival experiences, lobby coverage, meet & greet families, or as the operation is in need. Financial: • Ensuring that all orders are placed on time and within budget • Doing a weekly stock check to ensure enough supplies are available and in need of ordering additional material • Always ensuring that the monthly orders are in line with the budget set for the month • Managing the additional labour when needed Other Duties: • Is fully aware of his/ her work schedule and ensures adequate notice is given with circumstances when he/ she is prevented from adhering to the schedule. • Reports any incidents, complaints, suspicious persons or safety hazards immediately. • Ensure strict control is adhered to when receiving and returning keys and whilst in his/ her possession. • To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform / attire, name badge, maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards. • To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service always. • To maintain good working relationships with all colleagues and other departments. • To ensure you read and understand the hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the hotel’s rules and regulations, and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety. • To comply with the local legislation as required. • To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel. • To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/ areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs. • To attend training and meetings as and when required. • To assist in maximising productivity for the Department. Skills: • Professional attitude and appearance. • Creative, energetic, and extroverted personality • Reading, writing and oral fluency in Arabic, French and English. • Ability to work under stress. • Fast and eager learner. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone. • Ability to learn multiple computer software and accurately input information into the systems. • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department. • Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up. • Must be available to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays. • Previous experience in a luxury establishment; hospitality or dealing with Children is preferred.
