Task Detailed description of main activities Recruitment Plans and recruits manpower for all management and workforce positions.
Pilots HR projects related to the development of new workforce programs Training
Human resources training.
Planning, submitting and implementing the training programs that are in line with operational strategy of the company Studies the training needs and establish a yearly training plan for all company levels.
Liaises with training firms for tailor made training solutions related to the nature of the company activity. HR Administration, Social Relations, Health & safety, Compensation & benefits
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Liaises between management and employees on human resources related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature, maintaining proper document control. Interfaces with company attorneys on human resource issues and facilitates conflict to resolution. Provides coaching to managers and employees on various human resource issues. Ensuring the development of the relations between the employees and employer in a positive way Following and implementing the legal procedures in connection with the work life, Ensuring that the laws in connection with working life are implemented Establishing orderly and positive relations with Official institutions, third persons and institutions Determin of the services with the general social purpose and ensuring their execution in the relations between the worker and employer ensuring the coordination Ensure the respect of Health and safety rules in the company Ensure the respect of 5’S philosophie Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations’ issues. Responds to HR Group headquarters inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs in relation to the Moroccan Code of Labor. Determining and implementing the general personnel and wage policy in line with the company purposes
Compensation and benefits. Performance & Succession planning
Reviews and upgrades the yearly assessment process (PDP and PMP)across the company management team and key functions.
Planning submeeting with managerial development of high pots and departments key people.
Establishes Succession Planning and Career for management team and company key positions. Internal Communication & Motivation
Taking measures and arranging the applications for the human resources motivation and for the efficient and productive work
Manages internal communication system and social activities to enrich and share the company values and Code of Conduct. Maintains and enhances the motivation system across the group
Arranging the social, cultural and sportive activities in the company General Services
