Recruiting Collect recruiting needs
Publishing and posting jobs positions in e recruiting system
Reception and analysis of applicants
Organize recruiting sessions and conduct recruiting interviews
Ensure Internal recruitment ( competitions - announcement - interviews...)
Welcome and accompany the news recruits
Ensure the integration training
Ensure control of job descriptions Training Analyzing the training and the development needs
Preparation annual training plan
Training Plan execution
Control trainings evidences (attendance list, evaluation …)
Follow up Payment status of training invoices for reimbursment folder preparation
Follow up with reimbursement statuts Internal mobility & Promotion : Promotions follow-up :Integrating new position, training, evaluation…
Identify the existent and missing competencies and access to possible internal mobility (inter-departments/Business Unit or inter-sites)
elaboration of specific Development plans and integration plans for new recruits and internal promotions Motivation & Communication : Ensure external communication (manage relationships with schools and training centers)
Follow up motivation actions (events, special days...)
Hold a management system and follow the action plans that come as a result HR Systems: SAP & E-recruitment (exclude Payroll system) Guarantee the planning and participate in the various phases of the project:
- GAPS analysis,
- functional design,
- Setting,
- Data renewal
- Tests et receipts,
