Description:
- Audit and analyses the needs and build strong SOP that goes along with group policy and process
- Define the campany politics in terms of security
- planning, designing an dimplementing an overall risk management process for the organization
- Make sure partners and employees in different departement follow up the guidelines.
- Use systems and help develop road map that can help achieve targets
Profile and skills required :
- Education : top Engineering and Business Schools
- Experience : already an experience of 3/4 years in logistics/supply chain / E-Commerce / FPA (Contrôle de Gestion)
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and control
- Good Knowledge in english and solid computer skills, especially MS Excel, mapping software functionality
- Excellent communication and leadership, organizationnal and time-management skills
- Problem solving skills an danalytics skills. Know how to manage priorities and work with short terms
- Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure
