About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Gift Shop Supervisor to join our  Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca team in Morocco!

Reporting into the Spa Manager you will be responsible for the full day-to-day operation of the Gift Shop while providing a warm greeting to the guests.

What you will do

• Responsibilities will include Maintaining cleanliness of the gift shop. 
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, complaint resolution and assistance.
• Manage co-workers including supervising of other staff with set-up and closing of the gift shop.
• Responsible for the ordering and replenishment of stock

What you bring

• Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this position
