Job Description
As the General Manager of our beautiful property, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments, aligning operations with our brand standards and business objectives
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff
- Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, corporate leadership, and local community partners
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and quality standards
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and enhance the hotel's reputation
- Lead by example, embodying our company values and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior leadership role in a comparable hotel or hospitality business
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving commercial performance and achieving financial targets
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing diverse teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, and best practices
