About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:
This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Role of Front Desk Receptionist:
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, Front Desk Receptionist/ Concierge to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into our Front Office Manager you will be responsible for welcoming and registering hotel guests, explaining the accommodation, and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Our Ideal Front Desk Receptionist candidate will have:
A solid work ethic, high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera, a high level of integrity, and a concern for quality, cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel; creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
