Freelance QA Manager Ref. 005849

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to establish and oversee testing frameworks in complex environments. The ideal candidate has a robust technical background, expertise in defining and implementing performance KPIs for quality, and exceptional adaptability to client environments and project constraints. Experience in the luxury domain is a plus but not mandatory.

• Location: Morocco
• Contract Type: Long-term freelance mission, renewable annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement testing strategies tailored to client needs.
• Develop and monitor performance KPIs related to quality assurance.
• Manage testing teams and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Adapt to the client’s specific industry requirements, especially in high-complexity projects.
• Provide leadership and support in handling challenges in dynamic environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing solutions align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in quality assurance, with a proven track record in technical and managerial roles.
• Skills:
• • Expertise in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in establishing and analyzing KPIs.
  • Strong adaptability to diverse client environments and project demands.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
