Your Role

As a Fixed Asset and Final Assembly Process Engineer, you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team and contributing on high sophisticated compute and sensing products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility. In this role you will be responsible to define the plant's need in terms of Equipment, to support engineering changes and new projects and to ensure acquisition, installation and validation of equipment according to the start-up. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and you will have the autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way.

• Ensure the definition of the need in (Assembly Tables, Assembly Chains, WPO; Preconditions of the assembly area) for any new project.
• Manage the team in the installation actions of validation and continuous improvement on the components (Quality, volume, cost) of the Assembly Tables, Assembly Chains, WPO.
• Assist and develop the specifications for assembly tables.
• Ensure the availability of equipment to the SOP by making the necessary anticipations.
• Ensure the closure of all reliability reporting points that are under its responsibility.
• Follow up with suppliers and ensure that the equipment received meets specifications.
• Prepare all documentation for newly integrated machines.
• Contribute to the choice of suppliers for the purchase of equipment for the means of production.
• Check the equipment inventory status (Running & Idle).
• Control the assets of the factory, Ensure that all the equipment is identified and inventoried.
• Ensure the comparison between the physical inventory and the system inventory on SAP.

Your Background

• Master's degree / Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, mechanics, freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position.
• Good problem solving, adaptation and teamwork skills,
• Ability to work under stress and manage various projects.
• Fluent French and English Speaker
