Job Summary: The Financial Analyst Partner will play a crucial role in performing centralized analyses, ensuring data quality, and supporting the finance community. This position involves preparing KPI reports, monitoring month-end activities, and guiding the finance team in budget and forecast preparation.
Key Responsibilities:

Centralized Analysis and Reporting: Perform monthly analyses and share outcomes with the finance community. Conduct data quality checks and oversee transactions related to data amendments. Prepare KPI reports based on monthly data checks and analyze discrepancies between actual and estimated start and end dates. Ensure the production of reports, such as general expenses & MEJ, while maintaining quality and timeliness.-
Controlling Support: Cooperate and support the controlling team. Monitor proper month-end activities, including inventory recognition and deferrals. Supervise the accuracy of accounting inputs. Act as the point of contact for issues with the transactional team (Accenture). Centralize controlling activities related to Purchase Orders (PO), including closing POs and capturing PO data. Support controllers in budget and forecast preparation.-
Guidance and Support for the Finance Community: Collect and share knowledge within the finance community. Animate workshops and gather information on the automation of the PO process. Master existing reports and educate/support users on tools such as Power BI and Alteryx. Assist in report creation and testing.-
Support Finance Transformation & Innovation: Participate in finance transformation and innovation projects and initiatives. Contribute to the definition of specifications for new reports. Collaborate with the Data & Reporting team to ensure continuity of service. Conduct ad-hoc analyses on specific issues with a transversal overview. Enforce processes defined with stakeholders and improve the timeliness, relevance, and accuracy of reporting.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and controlling. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
